The following questions were asked on a frequent basis. Therefore we have summarized them below.

How can I order my diamond jewels with the voucher code?

You can order the diamond jewels by following the steps below: 

1) Go to the desired jewels: 

For rings. Your discount is valid on all rings: 
/rings

For the ring size we use the inner diameter in millimeters.

For earrings. Your discount is valid on all earrings:
/earrings

For bracelets and colliers: 
/bracelets and colliers 

Please notice that your voucher code is only valid for one purchase.

2) Select the desired jewel.
3) Put the jewel in the shopping cart.
4) Fill in the voucher code at the bottom left. (Not the controlcode)
5) Apply the discount.
6) Proceed to checkout.
7) Fill in all the necessary data and confirm the order.

A confirmation email will be send to your email address automatically. Please check your spam folder. The confirmation email may have ended up in your spam folder.

As soon as you have received the confirmation email then you have successfully placed your order. You do not have to do anything anymore. The order will be shipped to the given address.

How long is the delivery time after ordering at the Van Amstel Diamond website?

The delivery time after ordering is between 4 and 8 weeks. For the shipment status see the data at the bottom of the page.

Important message: You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your package has been shipped. It is not necessary to contact us in the meantime. The total delivery time will be between 4 and 8 weeks.

Why does a delivery take 4 to 8 weeks?

To give some insight into the steps that need to be taken, see:

1) Processing of the orders

2) Checking of the customer data

3) Compiling of the order sheets

4) Making of the jewels. There are more than 1400 different configurations possible (different diamond sizes, different qualities, different precious metals, etc…) The making of a jewel takes about 3 weeks.

5) Shipping of the jewels to our Amsterdam office

6) Checking of the quality

7) Packaging of the jewels

8) Shipping of the jewels to the customers

What does "pending" mean with your order?

“Pending” means in our system that the order is being processed. You do not have to do anything anymore. The order will be shipped to your address when ready.

How will the order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped in a discreet envelop.

Is it possible to order a different upgrade then the upgrades offered?

No this is not possible.

How can you ask your questions?
