Shipping
Van Amstel Diamond ships via TNT POST (Netherlands) or FED EX (european and international). For security purposes, a signature is required for all TNT POST and FED EX deliveries. We ask for 2-5 business days to process diamond offers and 15-20 bussines days for ordered diamonds. Tracking #'s are E-mailed as soon as an order is shipped.
Returns
Van Amstel Diamond is so confident in the price and quality of our merchandise that we offer an 7 day return period for a full refund (minus any special requests), as long as everything is returned in its original condition and with all contents. Every diamond purchased through Van Amstel Diamond is accompanied by its original diamond grading report, and a gift box. We require that these items are included in your return in the condition you received them or a replacement fee will apply. Your account will be credited once the package has been received and reviewed by our gemologists. This may take up to 7 business days.
